Within walking distance of revered institutions such as the Stadium Lounge, Polock Johnny’s and Tugboat Annie’s (to name a few), Baltimore’s Memorial Stadium was home to the sporting world’s most dominant baseball and/or football franchises from the late-1950s through early-1980s. Spared from the glorious edifice before its 2001 demise, this sizable sign directed ticket holders to “Upper Section 33” at the Waverly-based palace. Measuring 48x21, this thick white plastic display showcases blue identifiers alerting patrons of the last stop before the “cheap seats” occupied by beer-guzzling crazies such as Wild Bill Hagy. With (2) of the original screws and anchors intact, the item shows expected signs of weathering the Charm City elements.

Accompanying is an LOA signed by executives from both the Maryland Stadium Authority and Orioles Museum.
